(Call your Client Care Center at 760-438-4454 to schedule a reservation or click here). We know your time is valuable, and our goal is to service and return your vehicle in a timely manner. If you are at the dealership and need to set a reservation, please have your Service Advisor contact your Client Care Center and we’ll take it from there.In addition, we’ll give you a courtesy call a day in advance of your reservation to confirm the time. Your Client Care professionals work very closely with your Service Advisor while your vehicle is in service. This makes it convenient for you to call your Client Care Center to have all your telephone inquiries answered.
After Hours Drop Off
Our regular business hours are 7 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday. However, we understand that sometimes it is not possible for you to be here during those hours. For your convenience, if you need to drop your vehicle off after hours, please contact your Client Care Center at 760-438-4454 to make prior arrangements. You may also make prior arrangements for a late pick up by contacting your Client Care Center.
